  • All orders placed from Sunday to Friday midnight (11:59 PM PST) weekly will ship out the next week's Monday, except there’s a holiday, it will ship on TUESDAY.

    At check-out, the shipping option will be selected based on the delivery address.

  • Yes! We ship anywhere in the US except Alaska, Hawaii, P.O.Boxes and Military APO Boxes.

  • Shipping options are automatically selected at checkout depending on your state and products ordered.

  • Once order is placed, your order number & tracking number would be available via email as provided at checkout. This can also be found in your account dashboard when you sign up with us.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer Pick up at this time.

  • Heating instructions on how to properly store and preserve your food would be included in all mailed out packages. All products are perishable, please refrigerate on arrival till you are ready to enjoy them.

  • Every order is shipped frozen in insulated shipping containers to ensure the longevity of your meal during its travel time.

    We guarantee that our products are at their best quality when shipped. To preserve freshness, store/leave them in the bowls and keep in freezer. Thaw in original packaging at room temperature prior to consumption.

  • Our dishes are always prepared fresh, then immediately frozen and packaged in our insulated boxes when shipped. This is to keep everything fresh, free of chemicals & preservatives.

    We’ll provided a detailed step-by-step guide on how to safely reheat your food.

  • Yes, we offer catering services only for small birthday parties and corporate events.

    At this time, we do not cover large events, weddings or large gatherings.

  • For cancellation or change of order destination and other details, you can contact via email at info@nourizio.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Nourizio will be happy to replace any product(s) in the very unlikely event that they might be damaged or Spoilt within its travel life. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your package arrives and send us an email at info@nourizio.com within 24hrs of pick-up/delivery.

    Nourizio is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for the inability of a recipient to receive/retrieve the package on the day that it is delivered.

    We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by third party carrier, but this, of course, is out of our control. Products that are delivered late by our carrier is not Nourizio’s responsibility.

    Holidays or weather may delay delivery. Nourizio products are perishable and any shipping delays caused by a third party carrier, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. However, our shipping team will look into each case to see how we can ensure you are taken care of properly.
